Are you orgasming once, twice, thrice? 24-year-old Nathalie told The Daily Mail she can orgasm as many as 60 times in one sex session. Yep, you read that right. SIXTY TIMES. She must be lying right. Nope. Multi-orgasmic experiences of "super orgasms" are totally real! And the weirdest part? She's not alone.
Orgasm. One of the women interviewed by Natalie Corner for the The Daily Mail claims that she can orgasm “over 60 times during sex.” Now, it might sound damn near impossible, let alone exhausting, but Nathalie has access to something some women have never experienced: the “super orgasm.” It’s explained as “when women achieve orgasm dozens of times within a single sex session.”
Climax. Nathalie says that her sexuality may play a role in her sexual experiences. She said, according to Corner, “I don’t really practice monogamy, I’m not really a relationship person in the traditional sense. The most I have had is probably an upwards of 60 in one evening. If I’m with a friend and we’re comfortable together, then probably 20-30. If we’re pushed for time we’ll drop it back to about seven or ten.”
Peak. 28-year-old Janette, according to Corner, has a much more religious understanding of her abilities. She said, according to Corner, “As a Christian you get told that God makes you feel good. So when I have an orgasm and it’s the best feeling in the world, so as far as I am concerned God gave me that power.” She is currently working with researchers who seek to have a deeper understanding of the super orgasm.
Sex. But… what actually allows someone to have one of these super orgasms? Why isn’t ever women on Earth having one. Apparently, according to Dr. Gerulf Rieger, these women may be super orgasmic to begin with. Corner writes that they “could be in a heightened state of arousal before even embarking on intercourse.” Well, how does that happen?
Happy. Dr. Rieger conducted a study recently to try to discover a deeper understanding of the super orgasm. When he had four women prone to super orgasms watch adult videos, he found that “they had a higher than average blood flow to the genitals,” Corner explains. Hmmm, well what does that mean. It means, “They were ‘twice as aroused’ by anything sexual,” according to Corner.
Bed. Dr. Rieger explains, “This would suggest that from the very early beginnings of a sexual situation, these women start to respond differently on a physiological level.” Dr. Nicole Prowse, a neuroscientists and psychophysiologist used a monitor to track the brain activity of the multi-orgasmic women. Corner explains, “their brain alpha waves are high when they orgasm - meaning they are in a ‘chilled out state.’ She says the data suggests that to achieve a super orgasm, other women may need to ‘turn their brain off and be less engaged, by letting go.’”
